About Us

On 16th Ave SE in Largo, the Elks Lodge #2159 has been doing something simple and powerful: giving people a real reason to show up. On any given Friday or Saturday night, the dining room fills with round tables of eight to ten, the kind of seating that actually makes strangers talk. A live band takes the stage, a plate of fish or chicken dinner lands in front of you, and the $5 dance floor fills up fast.

This is a lodge that takes its charitable mission seriously. Members organize support for veterans, homeless families, and local children, making the Elks one of the more active civic forces in Pinellas County. A 4.5-star rating across 154 reviews is not something a fraternal organization earns by accident. It reflects years of consistent hospitality and genuine community investment.

The lounge and dining room are open to members and their guests, offering a relaxed atmosphere that is equal parts neighborhood bar and community hall. If you have ever wanted a social life with actual purpose behind it, this is where that starts.

What We Offer

The lodge runs regular Saturday night dances featuring live performers, with a $5 cover for dancing only or $12 when you add a full meal. The kitchen turns out crowd-pleasing fish and chicken dinners that reviewers call delicious, not an afterthought. Round tables seat eight to ten, so you are never staring at a wall.

Beyond the social calendar, Elks Lodge #2159 channels its energy into charitable work: supporting veterans' programs, contributing to homeless outreach, and funding youth initiatives throughout the greater Largo area. Membership opens the door to a national network of over 800,000 Elks, plus access to the lodge's own lounge, dining room, and community events year-round.

New members are always welcome. Whether you are a longtime Largo resident or recently moved to the Pinellas County area, the lodge offers a straightforward path to membership and an immediate community to plug into.

"Great dance venue with live performers. The entry fee for dance is $5 or $12 with a meal. Round tables of 8-10 fasciltates conversation. Fish and chicken dinners are delicious and I opted for a huge wedge salad with blue cheese and bacon asking for dressing on the side. Cash full bar Meals served on paper plates with plastic table ware. They offer another section for members only with full bar, meals, bar seating, and accessible height tables Accessible entry with ramp and steps. Accessible venue with tables fairly close together"

"Enjoy going especially Tue. Night for dinner & dancing. I was there this past Sat. With Julia & Sia for lunch. Always delicious food. The Elk's helps veterans & kids all year. Enjoy all the friends there. The Elk's is extra special as my boyfriend John (deceased) introduced me the Elks in 2017. Hope the Elk's will be back to normal operation soon as our Verterans & kids need our support."

The Elks gave America
Flag Day.

Long before it was a national observance, the Order set aside June 14th to honor the flag. Patriotism has always been one of our cardinal principles, and every lodge meeting still closes the same way it has for over a century.
